- Baseline: where you stand today
- We ask the assistants the questions your buyers ask and record what they say — who gets cited, what claims are made about you, and where you are described inaccurately. You get the raw transcripts, not a score.
- Retrievability
- Assistants and their crawlers have to be able to fetch your content. That means checking what your robots rules and bot-management actually do to AI crawlers, whether your key content survives without JavaScript, and whether the answer lives in a PDF or behind a form where nothing can read it.
- Answer-shaped content
- Pages restructured so a specific claim is extractable: a direct answer near the top, self-contained sections that survive being quoted out of context, concrete figures with dates attached, and comparison and pricing information stated plainly rather than implied.
- Entity clarity
- Making it unambiguous what your company is, what it sells and who it serves — consistent naming, structured data, and the third-party sources assistants lean on when they decide whether a claim is credible.
- Correcting the record
- When an assistant states something wrong about you, the fix is usually upstream in a source it trusts rather than on your own site. We find the source and pursue the correction.
