Search visibility work and hosting look like unrelated businesses until you have done both. A large share of what holds a site back is infrastructure: slow responses that hurt Core Web Vitals, a misconfigured cache serving the wrong page to a crawler, a bot rule that quietly blocks the very agents you want to be read by, a redirect implemented at the wrong layer.

Being able to fix those directly, rather than filing a ticket with someone who has no stake in the outcome, is the reason we run the servers as well. You do not have to buy both — plenty of clients take one — but where we do both, the work is faster and the finger-pointing stops.

The measure is agreed before the work. Every engagement begins by writing down what would count as it having worked and how it will be measured. If we cannot agree on that up front, the engagement is not ready to start — and saying so is cheaper for both of us than finding out in month four.

We report what did not work. Some problems sit upstream of us: a platform limitation, a decision elsewhere in your business, a budget that was not there. Those appear in the report as plainly as the wins do.

We do not guarantee positions. Nobody controls a ranking or a citation rate. An agency that guarantees one is either misleading you or intends to redefine success later. We commit to the work, the schedule and the reporting.
