Everyone who processes data on our behalf, what they do, and where.

Current list
We keep this list current. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
- Infrastructure provider — hosts the virtual private servers. Processing location: the region you select. [TODO: name once contracted]

- Application hosting and CDN — serves this website and the dashboard. [TODO: name and region once contracted]
- Payment processing — handles card details, which never reach our systems. [TODO: name once contracted]
- Transactional email — sends account, billing and provisioning notices. [TODO: name and region once contracted]
- Error monitoring — configured to strip credentials and payment payloads before transmission. [TODO: name and region once contracted]
- Object storage — invoices and backups, in private buckets. [TODO: name and region once contracted]
How to be notified of changes
Email privacy@fdosoftware.com asking to be added to the sub-processor notification list, and we will email you before any change takes effect.
What is not on this list
We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, session-replay tools or third-party analytics that would receive your customers' personal data. If that changes, it appears here first and with notice.
