You retain all rights in the content, code and data you place on a server. We claim no licence over it beyond what is technically necessary to run the service you are paying for.
Deliverables from a professional services engagement — audits, reports, briefs, implemented changes — belong to you on payment.
Our rights
The FDO Software name, the design of this site and the dashboard, and the text and code we publish are ours. You may not copy or create derivative works from them without permission, and you may not scrape the site or the dashboard.
Reporting infringement
Copyright complaints about content hosted on our network follow the process in our Abuse & Takedown Policy. Send them to abuse@fdosoftware.com with the details listed there.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address identifying the material, its former location, and stating that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
