Managed maintenance+ $49/moWe handle OS patching, security updates and monitoring, and we respond to alerts during support hours.

After you pay

We provision the server manually while our upstream provider is being finalised, so it is typically ready within 4 hours of a confirmed payment. Your dashboard shows the status the whole time rather than an empty page.

When it is ready you get the IP address, the root password and the SSH details in your dashboard. We also email you, but the dashboard is the authoritative copy — email gets filtered, and we would rather you had one reliable place to look.

Change your mind within 7 days and you get a full refund, provided the server has not been used beyond initial setup. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
